Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped, along with a tracking number.

Shipping Rates & Estimated Delivery Times

We offer worldwide shipping for all orders.

  • International Standard Shipping: $0.99 Flat Rate

  • Estimated Delivery Time: 7 to 14 business days

Please note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary slightly depending on your location, local postal service performance, and potential customs delays.

How Do I Check the Status of My Order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

 

If you haven’t received your order within 20 business days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

 

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

We are not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Damaged or Missing Items

If your order arrives damaged or if you received the wrong item, please email us immediately with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis and will do our best to send a replacement as quickly as possible.
